Return Policy
General Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you decide to send an item back, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. All products must be returned in brand-new, unused condition, and remain the customer’s responsibility until they arrive at our facility.
Shipping costs for returns will depend on the reason for the return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will email you a prepaid return label. If the return is due to a wrong or damaged item, a full refund will be issued once the product is received. For any other return reason, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Items that show any signs of use will not qualify for a refund.
Consumable goods cannot be returned under any circumstance. This includes, but is not limited to, rolling papers, wraps, cones, detox products, and any THC or CBD items.
Damaged or Defective Products
Any product that arrives damaged or defective must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period cannot be honored.
If you receive a faulty item, contact our support team within 7 days to start the return process. Euphoria Smoke Supply will cover the return shipping cost. You may be asked to provide photo or video evidence of the issue before approval. Refunds, replacements, or store credit will be processed within 48 business hours after the item is returned to our warehouse. If you still wish to receive the same product, you will need to place a new order.
All items undergo a quality check before leaving our warehouse, so please inspect your order upon arrival. Products that show signs of use or damage sustained after use are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Missing Items: Any missing products must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Our team will investigate with the warehouse to verify whether the item was omitted from the shipment.
Handcrafted Item Notice: Many of our products are handmade, which means slight variations such as minor discoloration, small air bubbles, or asymmetrical features may occur. These natural imperfections are not considered defects. Return shipping will not be covered by Euphoria Smoke Supply for returns based on these characteristics. If you choose to return a handcrafted item for this reason, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The determination of what qualifies as an acceptable imperfection is at our discretion.
Incorrect Items Received
While rare, mistakes can happen. If you receive an incorrect item, Euphoria Smoke Supply will replace it at no cost to you. Contact us to begin the return process, and we will send you a prepaid label. Once the incorrect item is returned to our warehouse, the correct product will be shipped out within 48 hours.
Unwanted Products
You may return unwanted items for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unopened, unused, and in new condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Once the item arrives at our warehouse, your refund—minus return shipping—will be issued within 48 business hours.
Return Requirements
Returned items must be received in completely unused condition—no exceptions. Used items will not be refunded.
Returns are accepted only for orders shipped within the United States. International orders are final sale.
Products damaged due to misuse or customer handling cannot be returned.
Items with packaging must be returned unopened and in original packaging.
Consumable products cannot be returned under any circumstances.
